These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Spiritually Vibin’ mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “App”), operated by Spiritually Vibin’ LLC (“Spiritually Vibin’,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound and abide by these Terms as well as abide by the terms of the end-user license agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Definitions

All terms used in this document shall have the definition assigned to them by the laws of the State of Michigan as interpreted by the Courts of the State of Michigan.

1. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years of age,
• You must provide valid government issued identification for verification, and
• Be legally permitted to use dating and social networking services under applicable law

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Nature of the App

Spiritually Vibin’ is a dating and social connection platform that may include:

• Profile creation and matching features
• Messaging and interaction tools
• Astrology, zodiac, moon phase, and spiritual insights

All astrology and spiritual content is provided for entertainment, reflection, and personal insight only. Spiritually Vibin’ does not warrant or guarantee results including but not limited to the following:

• Matches, relationships, compatibility, or romantic outcomes
• Emotional, spiritual, or personal results

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information including valid government issued identification
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other users
• Post hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or illegal content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post inappropriate age-related content including pictures, videos, audio, or any other media as defined by the laws of the State of Michigan;
• Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Attempt to access systems or data not intended for you

We may remove content or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

5. Safety Center & User Protection

5.1 No Background Checks or Guarantees

Spiritually Vibin’ does not conduct criminal background checks, background screening, or character verification of users.

We do not guarantee and/or warrant:

• User identity
• User behavior or intentions
• Personal safety or outcomes

All interactions, on-line, in-app, or in person, occur at your own discretion and risk.

5.2 Identity Verification (If Offered)

We may offer optional identity or age verification through third-party providers.

If available:

• Verification confirms submission of identification only
• Verification does not include criminal background checks
• Verification is not a guarantee of safety or conduct

5.3 User Responsibility & Safe Dating Practices

You are solely responsible for your interactions. We do not guarantee or warrant the independent behavior of other users of this service. We strongly encourage users to:

• Communicate within the App before meeting
• Meet in public places
• Inform a trusted person of plans
• Avoid sharing financial or sensitive personal information
• Never send money or gifts to other users

5.4 Reporting, Blocking & Moderation

Spiritually Vibin’ provides:

• Blocking tools
• User reporting tools

We may investigate reports and take action, including account suspension or termination. We do not guarantee or warrant a specific outcome.

5.5 Offline Interactions

Spiritually Vibin’ is not responsible, does not guarantee and/or warrant:

• In-person meetings
• User conduct outside the App
• Physical, emotional, or financial harm

5.6 Emergency Situations

Spiritually Vibin’ is not an emergency service and does not provide any type of emergency services.

If you are in danger, dial 911 or contact local emergency services immediately.

6. Astrology & Spiritual Content Disclaimer

Astrology, zodiac, moon phase, numerology, and spiritual content is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

Spiritually Vibin is strictly an entertainment service and does not provide the following:

• Medical advice
• Mental health advice
• Legal advice
• Financial advice

You are solely responsible for your decisions.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Spiritually Vibin’ may offer free and paid subscription plans.

Billing

• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are governed by the terms of service of the particular store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

Cancellation

• Subscriptions must be cancelled through your device’s app store
• We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf

Refunds

• Refunds are subject to Apple or Google’s refund policies

8. Intellectual Property

All content; trademarks, logos, API’s and software are owned by Spiritually Vibin’ L.L.C. except for those entities that have extended a specific license to Spiritually Vibin’ L.L.C.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without written permission.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit.  Any content you submit, you agree to grant Spiritually Vibin’ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the App.

We are not responsible nor do we guarantee and/or warrant user-generated content.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Harmful, abusive, or unlawful behavior
• Submission of any inappropriate age-related content as defined by the laws of the State of Michigan;
• Risk of harm, including but not limited to mental harm, emotional harm, and/or physical harm, to other users or the platform

Termination does not entitle you to refunds. If your account is terminated, Spiritually Vibin’ LLC will not issue a refund or partial refund for your violation of the terms of service and/or end-user license agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law:

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available”
• Spiritually Vibin’ disclaims all guarantees and/or warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for user interactions or outcomes

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spiritually Vibin’ L.L.C. from claims arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your interactions with other users
• Your violation of these Terms

14. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

User agrees that any dispute will be settled through arbitration under the laws of the State of Michigan.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
