Child Safety Standards
Spiritually Vibin' (the "App") is operated by Spiritually Vibin' LLC.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out our standards, how to report a concern, and what we do about it.
Who can use Vibin'
Vibin' is for adults aged 18 and over. Members give their date of birth when they register and are age-gated on it. We are rolling out third-party identity verification; once a member's identity has been verified, their date of birth can no longer be changed.
What is not allowed
The following are prohibited without exception and result in immediate and permanent removal:
- Any use of Vibin' by a person under 18.
- Any sexual content involving, or appearing to involve, a minor.
- Any attempt to contact, groom, solicit or sexualise a minor.
- Sharing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material.
- Any content that sexualises a minor, including drawings, edited images and text.
How to report a concern
Inside the app, open any profile or conversation and choose Report. Select “They may be under 18” if you believe a member is a child, or “Inappropriate photographs” for sexual content involving a minor. Reports of a suspected minor are treated as priority and are reviewed by a person, not by an automated system.

What we do about it
Every report is read by a person and none is closed without review. Reports of a suspected minor are reviewed ahead of everything else.
Where we find that a member is under 18, we remove the account. Where we find apparent child sexual abuse material, we remove it, terminate the account, preserve the relevant records, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, with which Spiritually Vibin' LLC is registered, as required of electronic service providers under United States federal law. We cooperate with law enforcement.
Members can block another member at any time. Blocking is not announced to the person blocked, and it keeps working even if your own account is suspended or your profile is unfinished — safety tools are never gated behind good standing.
Photographs
Every photograph is reviewed before it appears on a profile.
