Spiritually Vibin' LLC — Data & Privacy Policy

Spiritually Vibin’ LLC (“Spiritually Vibin’,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Data & Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use the Spiritually Vibin’ mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “App”).

By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

Definitions

All terms used in this document shall have the definition assigned to them by the laws of the State of Michigan as interpreted by the Courts of the State of Michigan.

The law we work under

Vibin’ is operated by Spiritually Vibin’ LLC from Michigan, in the United States, and is available only in the United States. Michigan does not currently have a comprehensive consumer data privacy statute. We comply with the Michigan Identity Theft Protection Act, which requires us to tell you without unreasonable delay if a breach compromises your personal information, and with the Michigan Consumer Protection Act, which requires that we describe our data practices truthfully and then follow the policy you are reading.

Vibin’ is not a healthcare provider, a health plan or a healthcare clearinghouse, and is not a business associate of one. HIPAA does not apply to us. Nothing in Vibin’ is a medical service, a diagnosis or a treatment, and nothing here should be read as one.

Vibin’ is for adults aged eighteen and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen and COPPA does not apply to us.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

·        Name, username, email address

·        Date of birth (age verification)

·        Profile information (photos, bio, preferences)

·        Messages and interactions within the App

·        Astrology-related data you choose to provide (e.g., birth date, time, and location)

·        Subscription and purchase information (handled by app stores)

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

·        Device type, operating system, app version

·        IP address (used for security and fraud prevention)

·        App usage data (features used, session duration)

·        Crash and performance data

1.3 Identity Verification Information

We do not receive or store your identity document, your selfie, or any biometric information taken from them. Those go to our verification provider, Didit, who delete them within 30 days. What we hold is the outcome of the check and whether the date of birth on the document matched the one you gave us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

·        Provide and operate the App

·        Match users and enable communication

·        Generate astrology, zodiac, and moon-phase insights

·        Process subscriptions and payments

·        Improve features and user experience

·        Maintain safety, moderation, and platform integrity

·        Respond to support requests

·        Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data to guarantee outcomes, compatibility, or relationship success.

3. How We Share Information

By accepting the terms of service and end-user license agreement, you agree to allow Spiritually Vibin’ L.L.C. to share your information unless you specifically opt-out according to the procedures outlined in the terms of service. We may share your information with:

3.1 Service Providers

Trusted third parties that help us operate the App, such as:

·        Cloud hosting

·        Analytics and performance monitoring

·        Identity verification (if used)

·        Customer support tools

These providers are contractually required to protect your data.

3.2 App Stores

Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store process payments and subscriptions. We do not receive your full payment details.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, and/or to protect the safety and rights of users or the public.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. User Interactions & Visibility

·        Profile information and photos you choose to share are visible to other users.

·        Messages are visible only to the intended recipients.

·        You control what you share and can update or remove information at any time.

5. Data Retention and Deleting Your Account

We retain your information:

·        While your account is active

·        As needed to provide services

·        To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

When you close your account we destroy the encryption key that protects your personal data. Without that key nobody can read it — not you, not another member, and not us — in our live systems or in any backup we hold. Deletion therefore reaches historical copies at the moment it happens rather than waiting for a backup to expire.

Messages you sent stay readable by the person you sent them to. A conversation belongs to both people in it: the other person keeps their own correspondence, and keeps their evidence if something went wrong between you. Nobody can edit or delete a message on Vibin’, including us.

Separately from your data, we keep a log of administrative actions — which of our staff looked at what, and when — for seven years. That log records what we did, not who you are.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information and/or data.

You use the App at your own risk and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and other private information that you may choose to share with another user.

7. Your Choices & Controls

You may:

·        Edit or update your profile

·        Control notification preferences

·        Block or report other users

·        Delete your account at any time

8. Children’s Privacy

Spiritually Vibin’ is not intended for individuals under 18.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

9. International Users

If you access the App from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
