Our Commitment

At Spiritually Vibin' LLC, we take the safety and security of our users seriously. As a popular app for meeting new people, we aim to provide a safe and positive experience. Although incidents of misconduct are rare, we believe even one is too many.

We continuously improve our safety tools and partnerships to create a respectful environment for users, wherever they may be in the world.

Definitions

All terms used in this document shall have the definition assigned to them by the laws of the State of Michigan as interpreted by the Courts of the State of Michigan.

Our Safety Tools

We utilize advanced automated and manual moderation systems to detect and address inappropriate behavior, such as harassment and impersonation. Spiritually Vibin' has zero tolerance for such behavior, and we encourage users to report any misconduct through the self-reporting tools available on all profiles. When reports are received, our quality and assurance team takes appropriate action, which could include content removal, banning users, or notifying law enforcement.

We constantly refine our processes and collaborate with authorities when needed to ensure the protection of our users.

Quality and Assurance Team

As part of our commitment to safety, we work with experts through the Spiritually Vibin' Quality and Assurance Team, which includes advocates and specialists in preventing issues like sexual assault and human trafficking.

Reporting Assault

Users can easily report assault or abuse via the app or online, and we encourage reporting incidents to law enforcement. Spiritually Vibin' investigates these reports, takes appropriate action, and cooperates with authorities.

User Education

We provide safety tips and resources to empower users in making safe choices while interacting on Spiritually Vibin'.

Legislative Work

Spiritually Vibin' supports global efforts to pass safety-focused laws to protect users, including legislation against catfishing and other forms of online fraud.

Fraud and Privacy

We have zero tolerance for predatory behavior and work to protect our users’ data through stringent privacy measures. Unlike other platforms, Spiritually Vibin' doesn’t sell data to third parties; our focus is on providing premium features to enhance the user experience.
