Definitions

All terms used in this document shall have the definition assigned to them by the laws of the State of Michigan as interpreted by the Courts of the State of Michigan.

Consequences of Violating Guidelines

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in warnings, suspension, termination of your account, or a permanent ban from Spiritually Vibin' LLC. We reserve the right to take action to maintain a positive community.

At Spiritually Vibin', we respect the intellectual property rights of others and are committed to addressing copyright infringement. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our platform without permission, please follow the steps outlined below to submit a take-down request.

How to Submit a Take-Down Request

To submit a copyright take-down request, please provide the following information:

  1. Your Contact Information: Include your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Description of the Work: Clearly describe the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed upon.
  3. Location of the Infringing Material: Provide the URL or specific location on the Spiritually Vibin' app where the infringing material is located.
  4. Statement of Good Faith: Include a statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Signature: Your signature (physical or electronic) is required to confirm the accuracy of your claim.

Submit Your Request

You can send your completed take-down request to our designated copyright agent at the following email address: verification@spirituallyvibin.com.

Response to Take-Down Requests

Upon receiving your take-down request, Spiritually Vibin' will review it promptly. If we determine that the request is valid, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing material. We will provide you a report on the action that was taken and our reasons/rationale for that action in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. This must include:

  1. Your Contact Information: Name, address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the Material: Specify the material that was removed and the URL where it was located prior to removal.
  3. Statement of Good Faith: A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the material was removed due to a mistake or mis-identification.
  4. Signature: Your signature (physical or electronic).

Please note that submitting false and/or fraudulent claims or claims in violation of the laws of the State of Michigan may result in legal consequences. We encourage you to ensure that your requests are accurate and in compliance with applicable state and Federal law.
