Spiritually Vibin’s L.L.C. does not guarantee and/or warrant any results that occur as a result of the user’s behavior.

3. User Conduct

  1. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
    • Use Spiritually Vibin' for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
    • Harass, threaten, or defame other users.
    • Create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.
    • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
    • Post inappropriate age-related materials as defined by the laws of the State of Michigan
    • Share personal or private information about others without their consent.
    • Engage in any form of automated data collection, including bots and scrapers.
  2. Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you post or share on Spiritually Vibin', including messages, photos, and profile information. You agree not to post content that is offensive, abusive, obscene, or otherwise violates the rights of others. Spiritually Vibin’ L.L.C. does not guarantee and/or warrant any user content and/or results. Spiritually Vibin’s L.L.C. will remove any content deemed to violate any policies and/or terms of use.

4. Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership: All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on Spiritually Vibin' are owned by and/or specifically licensed to Spiritually Vibin'. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from Spiritually Vibin' or its partners without prior written consent.
  2. User-Generated Content: By submitting content to Spiritually Vibin', you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, publish, and display such content in connection with our services.

5. Privacy Policy

  2. Termination by Spiritually Vibin': We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate any of the various Terms and Conditions, End-user License agreement,  or engage in behaviour that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our community.

8. Disclaimers

  1. No Guarantee of Matches: Spiritually Vibin' does not guarantee and/or warrant that you will find a match or that any interactions will be successful. Your experience may vary based on various factors.
  2. Use at Your Own Risk: Your use of Spiritually Vibin' is at your own risk. We make no representations, guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spiritually Vibin' shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. User specifically agrees that any disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration and the choice of law for any dispute will be the laws of the State of Michigan.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Spiritually Vibin', its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of Spiritually Vibin', your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another party.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
