Spiritually Vibin’ LLC (“Spiritually Vibin’,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Data & Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use the Spiritually Vibin’ mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “App”).

By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

• Date of birth (age verification)
• Profile information (photos, bio, preferences)
• Messages and interactions within the App
• Astrology-related data you choose to provide (e.g., birth date, time, and location)
• Subscription and purchase information (handled by app stores)

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device type, operating system, app version
• IP address (used for security and fraud prevention)
• App usage data (features used, session duration)
• Crash and performance data

1.3 Optional Verification Information (If Offered)

If you choose to participate in optional identity or age verification, third-party providers may collect:

• Valid Government-issued ID
• Selfie or facial verification

Spiritually Vibin’ does not store copies of government IDs unless explicitly stated. Any copies of government identification used to provide identity and age verification will be securely disposed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan unless a third-party verification service is used. Third Party Verification providers process this data under their own privacy policies and Spiritually Vibin’ L.L.C. does not guarantee, warrant, or have any input into the policies and procedures of third party vendors.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the App
• Match users and enable communication
• Generate astrology, zodiac, and moon-phase insights
• Process subscriptions and payments
• Improve features and user experience
• Maintain safety, moderation, and platform integrity
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data to guarantee outcomes, compatibility, or relationship success.

3. How We Share Information

By accepting the terms of service and end-user license agreement, you agree to allow Spiritually Vibin’ L.L.C.  to share your information unless you specifically opt-out according to the procedures outlined in the terms of service. We may share your information with:

3.1 Service Providers

Trusted third parties that help us operate the App, such as:

• Cloud hosting
• Analytics and performance monitoring
• Identity verification (if used)
• Customer support tools

These providers are contractually required to protect your data.

3.2 App Stores

Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store process payments and subscriptions. We do not receive your full payment details.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, and/or to protect the safety and rights of users or the public.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. User Interactions & Visibility

• Profile information and photos you choose to share are visible to other users.
• Messages are visible only to the intended recipients.
• You control what you share and can update or remove information at any time.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information:

• While your account is active
• As needed to provide services
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data unless retention is required by law. In Michigan, we will maintain your data in a secure location for seven (7) years.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information and/or data.

You use the App at your own risk and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and other private information that you may choose to share with another user.

7. Your Choices & Controls

You may:

• Edit or update your profile
• Control notification preferences
• Block or report other users
• Delete your account at any time

8. Children’s Privacy

Spiritually Vibin’ is not intended for individuals under 18.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

9. International Users

If you access the App from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
